On April 22, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in plenary session, considered the issue of terminating the participation of three candidates in competitions for vacant positions of judges.
Based on the results of the session, the participation of the following candidates in the competition for positions at the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court was terminated:
- Anton Zhovnovach;
- Mykola Pika;
- Oleksandr Terletskyi.
Mykola Pika and Oleksandr Terletskyi have also withdrawn from the competition for vacant judicial positions at the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal.
